Fuel-Injected Two-Stroke Enduro Power
A Keihin 39 mm throttle body works together with the engine management system to calculate the required air and fuel mixture. This provides crisp throttle response without requiring the rider to manually adjust the carburettor for changing conditions.
The six-speed transmission is paired with a wet DDS multi-disc clutch and Brembo hydraulic operation. This setup gives the rider accurate clutch control when navigating slow, steep or technical sections.
An electric-start system provides quick and reliable starting, while the lightweight lithium-ion battery helps keep unnecessary weight to a minimum.

WP Suspension and Enduro Handling
The chassis uses a central double-cradle steel frame engineered to provide stability, rider feedback and controlled flex. Rider-focused bodywork, a flat seat profile and improved knee contact allow the rider to move naturally around the motorcycle.
A 48 mm WP XACT closed-cartridge fork provides 300 mm of front suspension travel. At the rear, a WP XPLOR shock absorber with KTM’s PDS system provides 310 mm of travel.
Compression, rebound and preload settings can be adjusted to suit different rider preferences and terrain conditions. This allows the KTM 300 XC-W 2027 to remain controlled across rocks, roots, ruts and high-speed off-road sections.
Built for Difficult Terrain
High-strength alloy wheels, CNC-machined hubs and enduro-focused tyres provide traction across loose and unpredictable surfaces. The compact exhaust system improves ground clearance and helps reduce the risk of damage when crossing obstacles.
A transparent 9-litre fuel tank makes the fuel level easy to monitor. Tool-free air-filter access also allows riders to inspect or replace the filter quickly during events or extended riding trips.
The LED headlight provides visibility during low-light riding, while the Offroad Control Unit simplifies the motorcycle’s electrical system.
